Rickey Don Smith, age 56 of Fayetteville, passed away March 5, 2010 at Springdale, Arkansas. Rickey was born June 18, 1953 at Long Beach, California to parents Jack C. Smith and Wheletta "Jo" Johnson Smith. He was a longtime resident of Northwest Arkansas, moving to the area in 1993. Rickey was a talented musician and enjoyed woodworking. Rickey was preceded in death by his father, Jack who passed away in 1982. He is survived by daughters, Kathryn Swaney and husband Zack of Farmington, New Mexico and Jacquelyn Eighmy and husband John of Woodbury, Minnesota; mother, Wheletta "Jo" Johnson of Fayetteville; former spouse, Carolyn Smith of Fayetteville and grandson, Hayden Don Eighmy of Woodbury, Minnesota.
