Robert S. Cook, age 74, of Springdale, Ar passed away Monday, December 28, 2015 in the VA Hospital in Fayetteville. Mr. Cook was born March 7, 1941 in Cedar Rapids, IA to Harry and Helen Vantwerp Cook who preceded him in death as well as his wife, Jan Allen Cook and 2 brothers and a sister. He is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Andy and Theresa, Randy and Sheila and Mark ; one sister, Sylvia Nemecek and four grandchildren A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, January 2 at the Springdale Baptist Church on Johnson Rd at 11 AM. Burial will take place Thursday, January 7 in the Fayetteville National Cemetery at 1 PM. Inurnment 1:00 PM Thursday, January 7th, 2016
