Mr. Robert Russell Frantz Jr., age 57, of Bella Vista, Arkansas passed away Thursday, March 5, 2020, at the Arkansas Veterans Home in Fayetteville. He was born August 30, 1962 to Robert Frantz Sr, and Brenda Zingler Frantz Newton. Mr. Frantz was a United States Air Force Veteran. A graveside memorial will be held at a later date at the Fayetteville National Cemetery with Military Honors. Arrangements by Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, Rogers, Arkansas.
