Robert "Bob" Walsh, 61, of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away September 18, 2023, in Bella Vista, Arkansas. He was born October 30, 1961, in Springdale, Arkansas, to the late Thomas and Sandra Adams Walsh. Bob was a lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas. He was a devoted member of the Downtown Church of Christ in Rogers for many years. He spent a significant portion of his career in the lawn care business in Northwest Arkansas. Mr. Walsh found immense satisfaction in his work and developed strong bonds with his customers. His passions included his support for the Arkansas Razorbacks and the St. Louis Cardinals. He had a heart full of love for his friends. Once he considered you his friend, it was a lifelong commitment. Bob was known to be there whenever someone needed help or companionship. His family describes him as a wholesome and caring person who never harbored ill will towards anyone. Mr. Walsh possessed an incredible sense of humor, often sharing his favorite jokes repeatedly. He also had a love for music and was always eager to keep tabs on the weather, especially the excitement of thunderstorms or the first snowflakes falling.
Bob is survived by his daughter, Kaitlyn Hicks and husband, John; brother, G.W. Walsh and wife Pam; sister, Linda Holtgrewe, and husband Chris; niece, Sydney Burcham, and husband Landon; two nephews, Wyatt and Hayden Holtgrewe; beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of cherished close friends, who held a special place in his heart.
A memorial service to honor Bob's life will be 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at the Downtown Church of Christ, located at 201 West Chestnut Street, Rogers, Arkansas, 72756. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Benton County Memorial Park & Funeral Home, (479) 636-2412.
