Ronald Gene Cheek, age 67, a resident of Afton, Oklahoma, passed away December 7, 2011 in Grove, Oklahoma. Ronald was born in Kansas City, Missouri on June 24, 1944 to Howard L. Sr. and Frances Irene (Smith) Cheek. Ronald served his country and retired from the United States Military with an Honorable Discharge. Celebration of Life Services will be at a later date at the Fort Leavenworth National Cemetery (395 Biddle Boulevard, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas 66027).
