Mr. Russell Bell, age 79, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2017, at his home in Siloam Springs. He was born December 26, 1937. Mr. Bell was a pilot and served in the Untied States Armed Forces. No formal services are set at this time, arrangements by Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, Rogers, Arkansas.
