Ruth Ann Baker, born on September 24, 1943, in Blair, Nebraska, passed away on October 20, 2024, in Springdale, Arkansas. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, known for her witty sense of humor and her unwavering spirit.
Ruth dedicated her life to serving others, retiring from the Salvation Army, where she found joy in helping those in need. She had a passion for shopping and cherished every moment spent with her family, particularly over her favorite dish, lasagna. In her leisure time, Ruth enjoyed watching "Wheel of Fortune" and enjoyed watching NASCAR racing.
She is survived by her three children, Doraine Moran, Michael Moran (Ronda), and Alicia Woods (Steve), as well as five grandchildren Zachary Alexander, Kayla Moran, Ryan Moran, Tarah Moran, and Dayton Moran and three great-grandchildren who brought her immense joy. Ruth is proceeded in death by her father, Col. Paul Fisher, her mother, Margret, and her brothers, Rob and John Fisher and Two grandsons, SSGT Timothy Scott Woods II and Bryson Kane Alexander
Ruth Ann Baker will be remembered for her kindness, humor, and the love she shared with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
