Shirley A. Tuggle, age 60 of Pineville, passed away February 11, 2012. Shirley was born May 16, 1951 in Eldorado, Kansas to parents Charlie Bartlett and Frances Denton Bartlett. She was united in marriage to Ronald Tuggle on August 16, 1986 in Rogers, Arkansas. They enjoyed many years of marriage. Shirley worked at the Booneslick Lodge and enjoyed spending time with family and working in her yard. Shirley was preceded in death by her father, Charlie Bartlett. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Tuggle; mother, Frances Linne Spielman; son, Robert Waltman; step sons, Bill Tuggle and Terry Tuggle; daughter, Peggy Marshall; brothers, Bill Bartlett, David Bartlett and Brian Spielman; sister, Angela Watts; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
