Mrs. Stephanie Swinney, age 65, of Springdale, Arkansas passed away, Thursday October 10, 2019, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. She was born August 17, 1954. Devoted mother, grandmother, sister, niece, cousin and dear friend as well as dedicated nurse, educator, mentor and inspiration to many. Stephanie's Legacy will live on in those she touched for many years to come. Informal celebration 4 to 6 p.m. at the Frisco Station Park.
