Stephen Dale Russell 78, of Lowell passed away Wednesday December 16, 2020 in Rogers. He was born July 24, 1942 in Rogers, Arkansas to William Kent and Dorothy Hatfield Russell. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Kenny. Steve built custom homes in Northwest Arkansas for 35 years before retiring. In retirement he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and riding four wheelers with his wife and all of their many friends. He loved doing anything outside on the farm. Steve never knew a stranger. Instead of saying "HI" he was most likely to say " I gotta a joke for you....." Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Geraldene Robinson Russell, and his daughter, Gina Russell of Bella Vista. There are no services planned at this time. Cremation services are under the direction of Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home.
