Mrs. Tammy Mortensen, age 62, of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, December 1, 2021, in Rogers, Arkansas. She was born December 24, 1958, in Fayetteville, Arkansas to Donald and Peggy Smothers. Mrs. Mortensen was a faithful women who loved the Lord with all of her heart, soul and mind. She was a talented cook, pianist and prayer warrior. She had a passion for gardening and decorating. She loved her husband of 39 years Phil. Mrs. Mortensen was a loving mother to Lindsey and Erin. The joy of her life was being Gran to her three grandchildren, Owen Avery and Easton.

Mrs. Mortensen is survived by her parents; Donald nd Peggy Smothers, husband of 39 year; Phil Mortensen, daughters; Lindsey Pyatt and husband Nick and Erin Neely and husband Cody, brother, Kirk Smothers, Sisters; Connie Burns and Cindy Griffith, grandchildren; Owen, Avery and Easton.

The family will hold a private graveside service. Arrangements by Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, Rogers, Arkansas.
