Teri Lyn Bishop, age 62, of Springdale, Arkansas, born in Rock Island, Illinois December 30,1960 to Jim and June Stewart. Passed away February 16th, 2023 at Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville. Survivors include her husband of 30 years Michael Bishop; daughter, Alicia; sons, Matthew and Nathan; grandson, Jackson and soon to be daughter-in-law, Zhana. Other survivors include her parents, Jim and Mary Anne Stewart, June and Steve Sullens; brothers, Mike Stewart, Jack Myers (Tona), Chad Stewart (Melanie), and an exceptional group of friends, cousins, aunts, uncle, nieces and nephews. Teri had a very close relationship with her husband's parents, Louis and Phyllis Bishop, as well as with her brothers-in-law. An almost 40 year resident of NW Arkansas, Teri was the long term co-owner of lightning Lube. Her employees and customers mourn her loss. She was an extraordinary quilter and the area director of Project Linus, delivering over 5,000 warm blankets to local children in crisis. Her life of service included being a Cub Scout leader, who led many a soggy camping trips, and also a church youth group leader, who influenced the lives of many adolescents.
