Terrance (Terry) Williams, 80, of Pineville, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023, at Circle of Life in Bentonville, Arkansas. He was born on August 29, 1943, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Lee and Helen Hanley Williams. Mr. Williams lived in Northwest Arkansas for 25 years after moving from Sacramento, California. Terry proudly served in the United States Air Force and was a skilled mechanic who had a deep love for working on cars. His faith in the Lord and his love for his family were central to his life. He attended Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Jane, Missouri. Spending cherished moments with his family brought him the greatest joy. Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his brother, Ron Williams; his nephew, Keith Hawkins; his niece, Kelly Hawkins; two stepsons, Jason and Michael Cowsert; his granddaughter, Rebecca Whitlock; and his great-niece, Emily Douglas.
He is survived by two daughters, Smokey Roughton and her husband, Jon, of Pineville, Missouri, Teresa Breeding and her husband, Travis, of Seymour, Indiana; three sons, Marc Williams of Richmond, Indiana, Garrett Williams of Bentonville, Arkansas, and Ron Williams of Spokane, Washington; his stepdaughter, Sonia Walker of Centerton, Arkansas; nineteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; his sister, Shirley Hawkins, and her husband, Jerry, of Charleston, Oregon; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at the Fayetteville National Cemetery, located at 1000 S Lt Col Leroy Pond Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Benton County Memorial Park & Funeral Home. Please contact them at (479)-636-2412 for more information.
