Terry "Superman" Farnsworth, AKA "Fonz", born February 26th, 1952 went to heaven May 5th, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer. Preceded in death by his son Doug Farnsworth, parents Kenneth and Ruby Farnsworth, and brother Doug Farnsworth. He is survived by his bride and best friend Beverly of Siloam Springs, AR, brother Michael Farnsworth and wife Keiko of Decatur, IL, sons; Michael and wife Sheila of Bentonville, AR, Dereck and wife Amy of Bentonville, AR, Levi Duncan of Gravette, AR, daughter Terisa and husband Curtis of Hugoton, KS, grandchildren; Sam, Courtney, Tyler and wife Ashley of Iowa, Jeremy and wife Kristi of Bentonville, Cody Chandler of Bentonville, Brianna of Joplin, MO, Brett and wife Jessica of Bentonville, sister-in-law Karen Farnsworth of Kileen, TX, and great-grandchildren Lexi, Eli, Castiel, Trenton, Dakota, Pasiley, Braxton, Teagin, Jaylin, and Sawyer. A service will be held June 9th in Siloam Springs.
