Mr. Thomas Ballenger, age 36, of Gentry, Arkansas, passed away, Saturday, January 9, 2016 at Siolam Springs Hospital in Siolam Springs, Arkansas. Mr. Ballenger was born October 1, 1979, in Missouri to Ronald Dean Ballenger and Elizabeth Ann Prince Sloan. Mr. Ballenger loved spending time with his family, playing video games and collected knives. Mr. Ballenger was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edward and Mary Thomas Prince. Mr. Ballenger is survived by his parents, daughter, Jazmine Ballenger, sister, Christina Fendelander, and several nieces and nephews. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
