Thomas Blaine Carroll, age 59, of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2015 in Mercy Hospital in Rogers. Mr. Carroll was born March 25th, 1956 in San Bernardino, CA to William West Carroll and Evelyn Marie Johns Carroll who preceded him in death as well as a son, Thomas Phillip Carroll and a brother, Michael Carroll. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis King Carroll; a daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Jonathan Shepherd; four brothers, David Carroll, Richard Tometich, Steve Tometich and Joe Tometich; one sister, Debbie Wharton; five grandchildren, Colin Shepherd, Nicholas Shepherd, Melodie Shepherd, Alexziah Shepherd, Gracelyn Shepherd. Arrangements are under the direction of Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, Rogers, AR.
