Thomas Leonard, age 51 of Rogers, died Sunday, January 15th, 2017 at Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born May 11, 1965 in Des Moines, Iowa to Winifred and James Leonard. He was preceded in death by his father, brother Marvin Leonard, and wife Teri Jo Leonard. He is survived by his mother, brother Terry Crook, his late wife's parents Paul and Irmajean Gaines, cousins Gary Swaim and Sherry Nicholson. Also, many nieces and nephews in Iowa and Arkansas. Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 20, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Benton County Memorial Park Cemetery.
