Thomas Wayne Sims, age 36, of Centerton, Arkansas passed away July 1, 2022, in Rogers, Arkansas. Thomas was born on January 22, 1986, in Fayetteville, Arkansas to Ron Sims, and Carol Endekas. Thomas took great pride in the work he had put in to receive his commercial driver's license, enabling him to work as a truck driver, giving him the opportunity to follow his true passion of traveling across the country and sightseeing. Among his other hobbies, Thomas enjoyed fishing and also loved to cook. He had a bright smile that lit up a room and loved being around people and helping them in any way he could.
Thomas Wayne Sims is preceded in death by his grandfather, James Endekas Sr., his parents, Ronald Thomas Sims, and Carol Ann Endekas (Webb) as well as his uncle, James Endekas Jr., He is survived by his children Joeseph James Sims, Lillian Elizabeth Sims, and Hannah Grace Ann Sims. Thomas is also survived by his siblings, Michael Endekas, and Aelesha Dawn Webb, his grandmother, Beverly June Endekas, his aunt, Michele Marie Carter (and husband Junior Carter) amongst numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, July 7, 2022, at 10:30 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Prairie Grove, Arkansas- all are welcome to attend, and there will be a dinner provided for family and friends served after the service at the church.
