Tina Rose McKinney, age 53 of Clarksville, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born June 17, 1970 to the late George Leroy Carnes and Alice Faye Young Carnes. She was a resident of Arkansas for 50 years after moving from Bakersfield, California. She loved to shop and go camping. Tina also had a huge passion for photography. Most of all, she cherished her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Alvina Scheile of Eureka Springs, Arkansas; her ex-husband, Gene McKinney of Lamar, Arkansas.

She is survived by five sons; Philip Prim of Centerton, Arkansas, Tyler Prim of Bella Vista, Arkansas, Christopher Prim of Rogers, Arkansas, Brandon Prim of Decatur, Arkansas and Sam McKinney of Lamar; four granddaughters; Nevaeh Prim of Rogers, Piper Prim of Rogers, Greenli Prim of Rogers and Everlee Prim of Decatur; her grandson, Spencer Prim of Rogers;  two brothers, Mark Carnes of Rogers and Mike Carnes of Pea Ridge, Arkansas; two sisters, Pam Garcia of Seligman, Missouri and Georgia Stamper of Seligman along with a host of loving friends.

A memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at Benton County Memorial Park Chapel. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Benton County Memorial Park & Funeral Home. 3800 West Walnut Street Rogers, Arkansas, 72756 (479) 636-2412.
