Tobi Rill, age 64 of Siloam Springs, passed away January 10, 2023. Tobi was born July 17, 1958 in Anchorage, Alaska to parents David A. Smith and Shirley H. Lewis Smith. She worked as an antique dealer and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Tobi also enjoyed her cats. She was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Rill and her parents. Tobi is survived by her companion, Dean Oswald of Siloam Springs; son, Jeremy Rill of Denver; brother, David Smith Jr. and wife Debbie of Manford, Oklahoma; sister, Leslie Smith of Seneca, Missouri; nieces, Courtney Dawdy and Autumn Rhine of Siloam Springs and Jessica Huckaby; nephews, Richard Dandridge Jr. of Tulsa, David Smith III, Dalton, Dallas and Alex Smith and best friend, Linda Stukey. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral of Rogers.
