Mrs. Vonnie Ogden, age 86, of Winslow, Arkansas, went to Heaven on December 20, 2021. She was born March 9, 1935, to Charley and Pearl Vanover Jones in the Cobb Community, Franklin County, Arkansas.
Vonnie retired from Shakespeare Manufacturing and West Fork School District and was a lifetime member of Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign War of the United States.
Mrs. Ogden was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Claude Ogden, and one daughter, Velma Lee Whitehead.
Mrs. Odgen is survived by one son William David Ogden, of Amity Arkansas. Two Daughters; Carol Sue Harris and Ruby Jewel Clark and husband Douglas of Winslow, Arkansas. One brother, Jimmy Jones of Farmington, Arkansas and one sister; Gearldean Pierson of Fayetteville, Arkansas. one sister-in-law; Dorothy Jones of Winslow, Arkansas, 5 grandsons; Jamie Robert Leach and wife Shannon of Winslow, Arkansas, Aaron Harris and Wife Mary of Kansas City, Missouri, Joesph Harris of Winslow, Arkansas, Jonathan Ogden of Clallam Bay, Washington and Chase T. Odgen of Camp Pendleton, California. One granddaughter; Angela Furfaro of Auburn, Washington, 4 great-grandsons, Dakota Leach of Winslow, Arkansas, Orion Leach and wife Mycah of Springdlae, Arkanas, Nicholas Ogden of Seattle Washington, and Alacard Harris of Kansas City, Missouri 3 great-granddaughters Avalon Harris of Kansas City, Missouri, Mariah and Brooklyn Furfaro of Auburn, Washington, one great-great granddaughter, Jazmine Faith Leach of Springdale. 2 step-granddaughters, Jackie Andrews and husband Kevin and Stacy Smith. 3 great-granddaughters; Kaylie and Karsyn Andrews, Emersym Smith and one great-grandson, William Smith of Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
Services will be held Friday, December 31, 2021, at 12:00pm, at Mission Boulevard Baptist Church, 2006 E Mission Blvd, Fayetteville, Arkansas. Arrangements by Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, Rogers, Arkansas.
