William Ray Fulk was born on June 6, 1977 to Edwin and Paulette Fulk William passed from this life On October 6, 2021 he was 44 years and five months Williams survived but his wife Angela fulk of the home his daughter Jolena Fulk of the home his daughter Ida Fulk of the home and his son Zachariah Fulk of Tahlequah Oklahoma and his mother Paul at Fulk of the home He was preceded in death by his father Edwin Fulk and his maternal grandparents William has one brother Wendell Fulk and wife Elizabeth of Tulsa Oklahoma numerous cousins Nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
