Kelly Lowell is the owner of Benton County Memorial Park. He holds Bachelor Degrees in Political Science and History from the University of Oklahoma as well as a BS in Funeral Service from the University of Central Oklahoma. He represents the 4th generation of his family in funeral service and began working in his family’s firm as a teenager. Kelly is a Naval veteran and served during the War on Terror as a Funeral Director with the Navy and Marine Corps. His wife Stacie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Funeral Service from the University of Central Oklahoma as well. They have six children. In their spare time they enjoy family activities and fishing in Beaver Lake. Kelly operates the day to day operations of the business and is also a certified crematory operator.
Stacie is married to Kelly Lowell, and they have six children. Stacie assist's in the daily operation of the funeral home, and handles our accounts payable. Stacie is happy to help in any of your needs.
Marlin Johnston first came to work for us in April of 2014. He brought a lifetime of experience with him, making him a great addition to our cemetery. Having worked in many vocations from customer service to construction, he has become a very valuable asset. Marlin was raised on a farm in Ponhoniss, Iowa with 14 siblings. He moved to Rogers in 1955 where he spends his pastime in the outdoors. He loves camping, hiking, fishing and hunting and enjoys those activities as often as possible. Marlin help's to ensure that the cemetery is taken care of along with helping operate the crematory. Marlin is happy to assist in any way possible to make sure that our families are served.
RON AND ADA LOWELL
Funeral Director, Owner
Ron is a licensed Funeral Director. He has worked in funeral service for the last 49 years in several capacities and is the senior member of our firm. Ada taught elementary school for 33 years and following her retirement she joined her husband in the operation of the company. Their greatest joys surround their children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. They are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where Ada has taught Seminary. Ron served as member of the High Council and as the First Councilor to the Bishop.
Mr. Lowell, passed away January 2021; and will be missed by all. However his leadership style and values have been passed down to his son Kelly, and are still a very important part of our business and helpful to the families we serve.
Grounds Keeper/Crematory Operator
Silas General, has been with Benton County Memorial Park for four years. Silas grew up in Oregon and enjoys being outside as well as being with his family. He brings lots of experience to the business and is particularly good at running the heavy equipment.
