Your staff was a pleasure to work with. Very much attentive to any of our needs. Made the process easier for us.
We are never prepared to lose a loved one but Matt and his staff made the process seamless and easy. Mom passed just before Christmas 2019 and Dad passed just before Thanksgiving 2021. In the rush of the seasons Matt calmly completed all arrangements. He took a huge burden off my shoulders. I cannot find the words to express my deepest appreciation and esteem for Benton County Memorial.
Benton County Memorial Park is hands down the best funeral home in the area. They are very professional and caring. I have had to attended several funeral's this year unfortunately, but I have not seen a funeral home more organized and professional than this one. Matt is one of the best funeral directors that I have seen in a long time, he knows the business very well and is helpful. He is very educated on the funeral business and makes sure that all your wishes are put forth.
He is also very fast in response to questions rather it be by email or call, he has answered several of my emails and has taken the time to return a phone call when it was beyond business hours and even on weekends. They run a great business, If I owned a business I would love to have someone like Matt being my manager and or operator. This firm is lucky to have someone like him working there. I can not thank you again Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home for the care you have shown and the respect and professionalism you put up front and foremost and will be forever great-full to Matt and his staff. God Bless you and the business you have put forth, during a difficult time you are still on top of things and guide families in a truthful way.
I cannot recommend this funeral home enough! From the very first conference to the completion of the funeral they were there to answer any questions, and offer assistance. Mary Grace was delightful to work with, and so patient with planning the Memorial Bulletin. Even with my many changes, she just continued to make the changes, being so kind, and offering her support the entire time. Matt was so efficient in offering suggestions and complying with our requests.
Benton County Memorial Park was our choice after much research and many consultations. They quoted a price, and there were never any surprises nor hidden charges.
Very professional compassionate folks!!
Help at the worst time. I hope no one needs either of the places I'm about to recommend anytime soon, but I'm going to recommend them anyway because death is a part of life. My husband of 30 years just died last week. He had been in the Circle of Life Hospice and was very happy there. The staff were wonderful and the environment is beautiful and comfortable. They're there for the families of the patients as much as they are for the patients.
When my husband passed, our son and daughter-in-law were due in the next day in the hopes of seeing him before he went. Since they couldn't make it quite on time, we wanted to have the memorial for my husband while they were here. We went to the Benton County Memorial Park and Funeral Home on W Walnut in Rogers. They were compassionate, kind, and helpful with VA and SS paperwork and were able to let us have the memorial there within three days. They even let us use an urn as a prop as we were unable to get one in from an online source in time. They were the most reasonably priced placed of all the VA recommended ones I checked out. Cremation, a temporary urn, and the memorial cost almost half of what the next cheapest funeral home cost for the cremation alone. Don't get me wrong. Funerals are costly. The Benton County Memorial Park and Funeral Home (not to be confused with the Benton County Funeral Home) are a small, locally owned business and have their own crematorium on site, so they are able to offer tremendously lower rates. We were very thankful to Matt and the entire staff there for all their help. Without them, it would have been much more difficult.
The entire staff was caring and easy to work with and they took great care of us during a difficult time. Exceptional service.
Very compassionate people. Good hearted people.
This is where we chose to hold services for my daddy 10 years ago & we chose them to care for my momma this past Monday.
They were so sweet & showed such compassion for our family.
Thank you God for people who can care for our loved ones at the end of life’s journey.
Very friendly caring people.... Made the process easy and comfortable.... I recommend them for any funeral services....
Matt and Rob are amazing and make this difficult process bearable. They are respectful and courteous and very knowledgeable. When they say they will do something they do. I hope you don't need their services but if you do please call them, you wont be sorry. Thanks for everything guys!!
Warm, caring staff, understands the emotional heartbreak someone experiences when a loved one dies.
Robert was wonderful, respectful and kind. Thank you so much for helping us in a grievous time.
Recommend this place as being very helpful and accommodating. We were from out of town and they helped expedite the process - very good people.
BCMP handled the services for my father in 2012 and most recently, my mother in-law in Oct 2020. Though losing a parent is not easy, BCMP went above and beyond to help us through. They thought of everything and presented everything so thoughtfully and beautifully. We were met with kindness, patience and grace from all the staff members each time we met or spoke. I feel like they truly care about those they serve.
We are always interested in hearing from the families that we serve. Please take a moment to let us know how well we served you in your time of need. We very much appreciate your feedback.
