Help at the worst time. I hope no one needs either of the places I'm about to recommend anytime soon, but I'm going to recommend them anyway because death is a part of life. My husband of 30 years just died last week. He had been in the Circle of Life Hospice and was very happy there. The staff were wonderful and the environment is beautiful and comfortable. They're there for the families of the patients as much as they are for the patients.
When my husband passed, our son and daughter-in-law were due in the next day in the hopes of seeing him before he went. Since they couldn't make it quite on time, we wanted to have the memorial for my husband while they were here. We went to the Benton County Memorial Park and Funeral Home on W Walnut in Rogers. They were compassionate, kind, and helpful with VA and SS paperwork and were able to let us have the memorial there within three days. They even let us use an urn as a prop as we were unable to get one in from an online source in time. They were the most reasonably priced placed of all the VA recommended ones I checked out. Cremation, a temporary urn, and the memorial cost almost half of what the next cheapest funeral home cost for the cremation alone. Don't get me wrong. Funerals are costly. The Benton County Memorial Park and Funeral Home (not to be confused with the Benton County Funeral Home) are a small, locally owned business and have their own crematorium on site, so they are able to offer tremendously lower rates. We were very thankful to Matt and the entire staff there for all their help. Without them, it would have been much more difficult.
The entire staff was caring and easy to work with and they took great care of us during a difficult time. Exceptional service.
Very compassionate people. Good hearted people.
This is where we chose to hold services for my daddy 10 years ago & we chose them to care for my momma this past Monday.
They were so sweet & showed such compassion for our family.
Thank you God for people who can care for our loved ones at the end of life’s journey.
Very friendly caring people.... Made the process easy and comfortable.... I recommend them for any funeral services....
Matt and Rob are amazing and make this difficult process bearable. They are respectful and courteous and very knowledgeable. When they say they will do something they do. I hope you don't need their services but if you do please call them, you wont be sorry. Thanks for everything guys!!
Warm, caring staff, understands the emotional heartbreak someone experiences when a loved one dies.
Robert was wonderful, respectful and kind. Thank you so much for helping us in a grievous time.
Recommend this place as being very helpful and accommodating. We were from out of town and they helped expedite the process - very good people.
BCMP handled the services for my father in 2012 and most recently, my mother in-law in Oct 2020. Though losing a parent is not easy, BCMP went above and beyond to help us through. They thought of everything and presented everything so thoughtfully and beautifully. We were met with kindness, patience and grace from all the staff members each time we met or spoke. I feel like they truly care about those they serve.
We are always interested in hearing from the families that we serve. Please take a moment to let us know how well we served you in your time of need. We very much appreciate your feedback.
